Official Most Loved Awards Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE A BUSINESS’S CHANCES OF WINNING

1. SPONSOR: Hulafrog, Inc., PO Box 498 | Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716, is solely responsible for all aspects of the Most Loved Awards.
2. VOTING: Most Loved Awards voting period is Jan. 8, 2021 to February 5, 2021. During this Voting Period, you may vote in the Most Loved Awards in one way. For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times and days are Eastern Daylight Time.

Voting:

• You may vote via the Internet by visiting the business page on Hulafrog.com and submitting your vote via the popup modal
• One vote per business per parent
• Voters must live in the local Hulafrog community
• Fake emails will be removed at our discretion

Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.

1. LIMITATIONS: All Online Entries must be received by 11:59 P.M., February 5, 2021. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Online Vote the Vote will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name is registered. Votes by any method other than set forth above in Section 3 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Voting is prohibited. Open only to persons who are 18 or older upon entering and legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states, or D.C. (collectively, "Territory"). Only Hulafrog subscribers who subscribe to Hulafrog through the above Website using the Hulafrog website are eligible for this contest. Winning business must reside in the coverage area of one of Hulafrog's local websites as defined by those towns the website covers. Hulafrog reserves the right to allow a winner outside of the market borders if it is a neighboring town or city. Employees of the Sponsor; its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies; the advertising, promotional and fulfillment agencies of each of them (individually and collectively, "Entities"); the members of their households and members of their immediate families, are all ineligible to participate in the Contest. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Votes from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Votes that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, illegible, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, mutilated, non-delivered, postage-due, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releases. Each of such potential vote will be disqualified and any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to register more than once may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and municipal laws and regulations. Hulafrog reserves the right to break a tie or adjust the results at any time.
2. PRIZES: One Winning Business from each category will be selected on February 14, 2021. Awards are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
3. PROCEDURES: Votes will be tallied at the end of the Entry Period on February 5, 2021, the Winning Businesses will be determined by counting all eligible Votes received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
4. WINNERS: Winning Businesses will be notified via email after the closing on February 14, 2021.
5. PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Information provided by you for this Contest is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at Hulafrog.com.
