THE DANCE FORCE classes and programs are structured to suit both the recreational dancer as well as the professional dancer. We believe proper dance technique and training can be taught in a fun, nurturing class setting where students are motivated to work hard and encouraged by positive, friendly professional dance instructors. Our classes are designed to build a strong foundation of dance technique in a healthy and positive manner. Students of all levels and abilities will receive the training needed to excel in the art of dance. All classes include warm-ups, technique training, vocabulary, strengthening exercises, traveling sequences, center work, and choreography. Our goal is to instill a love of dance, an education of the art, and a passion for performing, while building confidence and self-esteem in each and every student who steps through our door!
