4 Parents Love It!

At ACC we have program for Toddlers (age 2) through to Kindergarten, plus afterschool programs from K-5.
The overriding strength of ACC lies in our sense of community, our respect for each other (child, teacher, parent), and our friendly learning approach that takes each child’s interests and uniqueness into account. We offer a personal, creative, safe and nurturing environment in which children, guided and encouraged by a professional staff, can delight in growing and learning. Discipline is based on affection and positive reinforcement. ACC’s approach is good-natured, loving and reasonable. Teachers attend to individual problems and issues based on individual needs. Our goal is to help develop responsible, self-confident, healthy, happy, and successful children.
During the public school vacations and in the summer months, ACC plans a variety of activities for school-age children. Indoor and outdoor games, seasonal sports (hiking, sledding, roller skating, swimming, nature walks, bike riding), arts and crafts projects, computer class, baking and cooking projects are scheduled every week. Field trips to sites in the greater Boston area including local museums, amusement parks, Tufts
Children’s Theater, bowling alleys, George’s Island, and area beaches take place each week as well. Additional events include special guest presentations, science projects, and themed lunches prepared by the campers.
