The Art of Gymnastics and Cheer provides children of all ages and abilities a positive learning environment in fundamental movement and basic gymnastics, dance and cheerleading skills.

Through proper instruction children show progress in many key developmental areas - gymnastics, dance and cheerleading build strength, flexibility, body awareness, balance, agility, coordination, confidence, creativity and fun.

Liz has years of gymnastics, contortion dance and cheerleading experience under her belt and is an AOGAC competition team alumni!

Miss Liz will be instructing birthday parties year round and will be joining our staff in Sept as a coach! She is super excited to be apart of the AOGAC team again!
