The JRD students can aspire to become performers through being part of the Performing Companies at JRD. The companies of the Joanne Reagan Dance Studio are well known for their community performances in the Cape May Halloween Parade and the West Cape May Community Christmas Parade. JRD Studios was 2014 overall Winners in the West Cape May Community Parade. The JRD Performing Companies also perform at other community events and have appeared at Walt Disney World, NYC, SIGT and in '€œStanding Ovation, The Movie'€. JRD recently received the 2015 Best of the Press Bronz Award for Best Dance Studio.
