Funded by the Boone County Children’s Services Board, the SOAR initiative seeks to support children age 0-8 and their families across the service delivery continuum from prevention to treatment. We work with parents, childcare providers and healthcare professionals to help young children reduce problem behaviors, become ready for school, overcome traumatic events and receive specialized services when needed.
