tacy was rude, blamed toddler delay and had a rough conversation over the phone when we tried to show our dissatisfaction/discontent with session in first conversation which did not seem professional in anyway. She later offered another outdoor photoshoot and less pictures to buy as part of package but it was too late, more upsell, retrofit and damage was done. We ended up losing the maternity fee (not per our expectations that were clearly laid down before the shoot) and also the new born session was cancelled (never happened and non refunded). Also, ensure you have venmo or cash to not delay payment process with makeup person (another cause of delay). Did not honor our choices/ preferences and take full ownership. rudeness and miscommunication.
