Museums have come a long way, baby. We love the ones that encourage exploration, interaction and good ol' imagination. Our Hulafrog Editors gave us a heads up on the coolest fam-friendly museums across the country. Kid-appeal is key!

This is such a unique museum! There's lots of hands-on learning and imaginative play. The outdoor water and mud is squishy, splashy and fun!

This is a unique place to see the largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts on the West Coast. Tour a replica of a tomb or take part in a scavenger hunt. BONUS: Kids under 5 are free!

They are constantly updating their exhibits, meaning there's always something new to check out! The interactive exhibits like the Touch Tunnel, Walk the Steel are always a huge hit! TIP- Wear sneakers, some exhibits require them to participate.
