We are a home based small business. All cakes and deserts are baked fresh just for you. No sitting around on store shevles or wondering how long ago the cake was baked. Becasue we are home based we are limited to the condidtions of Texas law SB81 and can not provide "hazardous" food, such as fresh fruit and items that must be refridgerated. The food is not inspected by the department or a local health department
