Lower Dauphin School District provides a great public school experience with a hometown feel. Families get to know one another as they support their children through a wide variety of activities. The High School educates 1,200 students in grades 9-12. There are 5 different K-5 elementary schools that are located in Hummelstown, South Hanover, East Hanover, Conewago, and Londonderry. A middle school in Hummelstown educates students 6-8 grade. The district excels in a variety of things, and seeks to exhibit LD PRIDE (Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, and Excellence) in everything they do. I encourage you to take a look at this fine district if you are new to the area and may be looking for a place to call home with your family.
