Have a creative costume? Anyone in the family (even your 4 legged friends) can enter this Halloween costume contest. All participants will be entered in the People's Choice Award for best costume. While waiting for the vote to come in, they'll have a series of spooktastic activities including monster drawing exercises, scary story readings, illustrations and more! There is $150 total in prize money, $50 each for the People's Choice Awards in the kid, adult, and pet categories.
