VAIS offers the only K-5 Mandarin Chinese immersion program in the entire state of Wisconsin. Located within the Verona Area School District, VAIS is a public, tuition-free charter school open to any students who reside in the district. VAIS students learn all the skills required at the elementary level, with half the subjects taught in English and half in Mandarin Chinese. The gift of language learning lasts a lifetime!
