2 Parents Love It!
I have always loved baking and watching others enjoy eating what I have created. I started to bake nut free for my niece about 7 years ago because of all of her allergies. It wasn't until my own child developed a life threatening peanut allergy that I decided to make it into a business. Now, both of my daughters have nut allergies so I made lemonade out of lemons!
Although the US Government does not currently have official regulations for whether a business is “nut free”, we have implemented a code of standards and restrictions in our kitchen to establish a nut free environment. This includes a strict policy of “NO-NUTS ALLOWED” in our facility and allergen-free statements from our ingredient vendors.
