Haven is a yoga, wellness and joy studio with classes, services and an indoor kids play place all under one roof! We have built a fun, fresh space that changes every month where children can learn, grow and socialize with other kids, staying happy and engaged while parents rejuvenate. Our kids play place is open Monday - Friday for drop-in play where leaders guide preschool age children while caregivers relax in the space, or enjoy a yoga class or wellness service.

Our yoga classes are seven days a week and are various practices - our studio is for everyone regardless of experience, age or ability.

Our massage, acupuncture and Reiki services bring a holistic approach to wellness and healing at the hands of experienced and educated practitioners.
