Community through the Arts. The LOVELAND ARTS COUNCIL is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to the promotion and organization of a wide variety of creative and performing arts events for participation, enrichment, and enjoyment of the residents in the Greater Loveland Area, thereby enhancing the quality of life and the perception of our city to others.
