Y I AM is a nonprofit youth
development program that exists to help youth improve personal health and well-being through means of expressive activities.

The program provides support and encourages individuals
(ages 12-18) to express themselves through talking, writing, and
various forms of art.

The Board of Directors, mentors, and volunteers will work together to give our youth a chance to improve their quality of life and reduce risks to their well-being.

Y I AM hosts and maintains social media pages where teens can share creative writings, images, audio/video, and other forms of expressive arts.

The organization fosters one-on-one contact between mentors and mentees as well as group
discussions and activities.

The program’s primary
beneficiaries are at-risk youth.
