Steak 'n Shake is offering children under the age of 12 who visit a restaurant in costume on Halloween a free kids shake of their choice. Kids can indulge in classic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry or specialty flavors like chocolate chip cookie dough, M&M, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.
