This week's Family Movie Night recommendation is another Netflix original, and one that could be the next Christmas Classic. Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey is being released tomorrow on Netflix and in theaters.
It's the story of an imaginary world that comes to life in a holiday tale of an eccentric toymaker, his adventurous granddaughter, and a magical invention that has the power to change their lives forever.
It features Oscar winner Forest Whitaker, Anika Noni Rose ( your kids will know her as Tiana from The Princess & the Frog), Phylicia Rashad (of The Cosby Show, Ricky Martin and many others.
The show was produced by John Legend's production company and he's contributed several original songs. And you may hear some other surprise musical talent you'll recognize.
