Let Me Be Great Children's Yoga has a mission to provide a safe non judgemental place for children of all abilities to have an opportunity to achieve their definition of greatness daily through yoga activities. Our staff is composed of Nurses, teachers, volunteers, & parents with plenty of experience working with children. We all are CPR certified and have cleared all back ground checks. In our yoga classes children learn about social/emotional awareness, balance, coordination, self esteem, mindfulness and increasing focus through singing , dancing, yoga poses & play.
