Stroller Strides is an hour long, total body workout you can do with your baby in the stroller. It is a fun, yet challenging workout great for ANY LEVEL of fitness. Fit4Baby, the prenatal fitness program from the creators of Stroller Strides, is a great way to stay active and in shape while you're expecting. This class is also great for any level of exerciser and for any stage of a normal, healthy pregnancy. Physician's approval and pre-registration is required. Stroller Barre is a workout that combines pilates and ballet into another great type of workout you do with your baby in the stroller. All classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms!
