Search For Santa is an outdoor, socially-distanced event that includes a 20-minute river ride to view the North Pole aboard the Blackstone Valley Explorer that will feature a reading of the classic Christmas story 'Twas The Night Before Christmas, activity sheets & crayons, a delicious treat, and a scavenger hunt to find some of your favorite Christmas characters including the big guy in red where he'll give a special greeting from the riverbank and pass along a gift to every child!! Arrive early for fantastic photo opportunities in front of our custom-made backdrops including a new Search For Santa backdrop, our popular letters to Santa mailbox, and our small gift shop that will include some official Polar Express items – all beside the decorated river landing where music is playing and the spirit of Christmas fills the air! After your trip, enjoy a cup of Mimi & Pop's hot chocolate which is included with your ticket! Bring a blanket to keep cozy and have your kids bring a flashlight to help find the hidden items along the ride! If you're a fan of Blackstone Valley Polar Express... we think you'll love what we have planned, which will be a safe alternative for 2020!! Thursdays through Sundays from November 27 - December 20 at Central Falls Landing along the Blackstone River Trips at 5:20, 6:00, 6:40, 7:20 & 8:00 PM ALL TICKETS ARE $29 (NOTE: due to COVID-19 regulations every person regardless of age will need a ticket) To keep your family safe on Search For Santa these outdoor trips will be running at about 1/3 capacity of the boat - 15 people max - to ensure social distancing; the boat will be sanitized between each ride; and masks must be worn at all times.
